The Internal Audit Sector of Punakha Dzongkhag Administration aims to uphold a dynamic, professional, and efficient civil service with integrity, morality, and credibility. It is responsible for examining and evaluating activities carried out under the Dzongkhag, assessing risks, and reviewing internal controls. The sector also ensures transparency, efficiency, accountability, and effectiveness in management, while appraising the timely delivery of credible public services.
